Hello my beautiful friends! 🙂 Not only I love smoothies but also enjoy trying out new recipes with different ingredients. Since I got back from my business trips, smoothies have been my go-to meal, and here are my top 3 healthy smoothies for a beautiful detox (before indulging during the Holidays Season).

Pink Smoothie:
- handful of strawberries
- 2 slices of aubergine
- half banana
- 1 teaspoon of Acaí powder
- 0% fat strawberry quark

Yellow Smoothie:
- 1/4 of a mango
- 1 banana
- 1 slice of aubergine
- 1 table spoon of “Awakening Buda Acaí Breakfast mix”
- 1 small slice of ginger
- almond milk

Green Smoothie:
- 1 small apple
- 1 handfull of spinach
- 1/4 papaya
- 0% fat apple quark
- 1 tea spoon of spirulina
- 1 small slice of ginger
- cinamon to taste
