Healthy banana pancakes

Hello my beautiful friends!

It’s summer time in The Netherlands however as most summer days here, one never knows what the morning may bring, and therefore today is one of those “beautiful” rainy days in which we cannot go outside without a summer anorak! (Yesterday was bright and sunny though!)

Whilst dreaming about warm summer days I got myself a healthy treat this morning: Healthy and delicious pancakes!!!

I’m sharing everything below 🙂

For 2 and a half pancakes suitable for 1 person:

  • 2 tb (30g) spoons of oatmeal
  • 1 tb (15g) of Awaking Buda Mix from Iswari Superfoods
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg white
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 100 ml soya milk (the equivalent of approximately 5-6 tb spoons)

More Information:

Oatmeal: Provides a low glycemic meal rich in good carbohydrates and protein. It also includes beta-glucan, which is a type of fiber known for promoting cholesterol decrease.

Awaking Buda Mix from Iswari: Rich in omega-3 from chia and linseeds.
